Megan has a passion for helping immigrant families, as well as victims of violence with their U Visa, VAWA, and Asylum applications. She is the winner of the 2017 Avvo Client's Choice Award. Megan has traveled abroad to do human rights work in China, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Megan's husband is originally from Mexico, and she speaks fluent Spanish.


Megan's article, In Search of Refuge: The United States’ Domestic and International Obligations to Protect Unaccompanied Immigrant Children, was published in the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review.

In her free time, Megan enjoys volunteering on immigration work for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and Catholic Charities.
